It is a "dually" or "DRW" (Dual Rear Wheel), referring to the two tires on each rear wheel, allowing it to carry a heavier load.
It included an upgraded towing package.
For temperature regulation, it is fully insulated.

Condition_: This Sprinter 3500 144 WB is ready for a new owner to give it the TLC needed to restore its bold condition. Most touches are easy repairs.
The front lights are fogged. The paint on the driver's side roof area is fading. One of the inside cabinets has some paint peeling. The wheel hubs are showing some rust. Inside, beautiful cedar panels line the entire van, including the ceiling.
The drawers and cabinets appear to be in good condition. It is road-ready as is, but with a bit of attention, it could be restored to its former beauty.
