MEP 007B 100KW Generator for sale. 158 hrs. 120/208v or 277/480v reconnectable. Turbo charged Caterpillar 3306 diesel engine. Two hour, 100% load bank test was performed after control upgrade to confirm proper genset operation. Load bank report available w/ sale. Unit is in excellent condition and ready for years of reliable service. Trailer/ tires in very good condition. Trailer equipped with a pintle hitch and 4 pin lighting connector. Wiring diagram/ controller manuals included. Video of unit running available upon request.
All of the Military style controls have all been removed and have been upgraded and replaced with modern, non-proprietary components. No software licensing required for control panel. The software is available for free from the manufacturer's website.
Upgrades include:
- New Comap MRS 16 digital genset controller.
- Sx460 Automatic Voltage Regulator
- Controller utilizes dual programs for output voltage selection/ contactor trip points. It can be changed via a toggle for 208/240v and 480v operation located behind control panel door.
- New Current Transformers.
- New Engine coolant temperature, oil pressure and fuel level senders. New starter solenoid.
- New 120v 1500w Kim Hot Start Jacket water heater w/ external power plug on front of genset.
- New Sens Microgenius 24vdc/5A battery charger w/ external power plug on front of genset.
- New, modern gen output cable lug connection block w/ remote start connections.
- New engine coolant, oil and filters.
- All engine/ generator control wiring has been replaced w/ new. Sealed heat shrink connectors used throughout.
- New Exterior Paint Job.
- New LED Trailer brake lights and wiring harness. All wiring connectors heat shrinked, harness wrapped w/ wire loom.
