Up to 4.650m Long x 1.150m High - Body Dimensions subject to final engineering design and approval - 5mm QT450 HARDOX® side sheets with internal pressed sides and pressed front sheet. - 6mm QT450 HARDOX® Floor sheet - 5mm QT450 HARDOX® Tailgate with 50mm 2-way Side Swing kit, air operated - Custom built and ‘contoured’ Cab Guard with integrated QT450 (Hardox or Equivalent) Tarp shroud - "Gorski Premium" full length pressed top rails & splash guards - Angle welded to top of side walls and tail door - "Gorski Premium" Fabricated Heavy Duty Main bearer 150mm - Shovel rack fitted to front of body with ergonomic steps front of body - Spreader Chains connected to tailgate Included: 175mm Spray Suppressant full length of body, 4x Gorski Mudflaps at Rear of Tipper, Underbody Pullout Ladder Drivers Side. *SUBFRAME:*  "Gorski Premium" heavy duty main bearers custom length depending on truck airbag/wheel clearance, minimum 125x75x5mm RHS. Rear body pivots 50mm and removable body safety prop fitted to subframe. *TOW CONNECTION:* "Gorski Premium" fabricated tow crossmember rated to min 35T (DT3/DT4) max 47T (DT5/DT6) with 50mm Rockinger coupling and 16mm chains. Trailer fittings included with 1" hydraulic coupling for trailer hoist, Duomatic couplings for trailer brakes, tailgate and turntable lock.  7 pin electric plug for trailer electrics and EBS plug also. Compliant with ADR 62 requirements *HYDRAULICS:* -Hidromas / Hyva 3 Stage telescopic hoist w/ chrome plated stages, 24T approx. Well mounted upgrade to front mount available at additional cost, with Safety Burst Valve as standard. -"Gorski Premium" pendant Cab Switches Electric - Oil Tank (filled), PTO, Pump & Valve to suit.  - Gearbox included:  Roadranger or Fuller (KW, Western Star, Mack) I-Shift (Volvo) SR/VT/AT Series (Volvo) M Drive (Mack) All other gearboxes will be quoted as an additional extra *** Please Note that all Automatic Transmissions Without Factory PTO, Require Programming for PTO Operation. This is the Responsibility of Customer, and Should be Done Prior to Coming to Gorski Engineering. *LIGHTING:* LED Side Lamps x5 per side, LED Rear Lamps x4 per side with regulation reflectors, 2x reverse spots, licence plate lamp and reverse squawker. -       "Gorski Premium" Aluminium Light Brackets fitted to heavy duty, 50x50x5mm RHS. Compliant with ADR 13. *PAINT:* Body ("Gorski" white) and Chassis Rails (black) finished using hi-grade industrial paint (2 Pac).  Side/Rear Gorski decals also included, as well as regulation Rear Marker Plates and safety stickers. ***Please note: to match colour to your truck cabin in a specific white may incur an additional fee.  It is also important to mention that we do not paint inside the tipper body. *TARP:* Razor electric remote control tarp kit, Black PVC **Please note: The premium amperage for supply from vehicle to your Razor Tarp Motor is 5 Amps.
