The Fleetguard FF196 is a spin-on fuel filter that uses cellulose media to remove harmful contaminants from the fuel supply, helping protect injectors and meeting or exceeding OEM specifications. The element measures 149.86mm long with a 93.80mm largest OD and a 1-14 UNS-2B thread, rated to 5.66 L/min flow at 17.30 micron(c) @ 99%. FF196 replaces FF197 and Fleetguard nominates FS1220 as the upgrade. Note: FF196 may also replace 702143-C1 if the housing clearance is less than 8 inches; if greater, use FF5020.
